Understanding people.
Improving systems.

I apply Human Factors research, behavioral science, and human-centered design to understand how people interact with technology, environments, and complex systems.

Human behavior has always been at the center of my work.

I hold a Master of Science in Human Factors Psychology from the University of Idaho, where my work included experimental research, usability evaluation, cognitive modeling, ergonomics, and human-machine systems.

My professional career has also given me years of applied experience working directly with human behavior, assessment, training, multidisciplinary teams, and complex healthcare and social-service systems.

I am particularly interested in opportunities where research and Human Factors can be used to make technology, processes, environments, and services easier, safer, and more effective for the people who use them.
